I am Tyler Woosley, the owner of Prestige Physiques. I have been coaching clients for 7 years now. Whether you are wanting to get on stage in a bodybuilding competition or just turn your life around and be healthier I can help you reach your goals.
I started out in a small town in Arkansas playing multiple sports. I have always enjoyed the aspect of competing. I went on to play football in college and that is where I was introduced to competing in bodybuilding. After setting a goal of getting on stage and going through that entire process I was hooked.
Due to where my body was at the time I started out in the Men’s Physique category but as I continued to develop I knew that eventually I would end up in bodybuilding. Along the path I was fortunate to win overalls in Men’s Physique, Classic Physique, and Bodybuilding. Winning an overall in each category is something I am very proud of. I also was named the first ever Mr Arkansas Classic Physique.
The transition to the ultimate goal of the bodybuilding category wasn’t easy but with the hard work and discipline I have been able to do well. The very first show I did was the Arnold Classic where I was in the first callout. It was such an honor stepping on that amazing stage. My biggest win would be winning the Super Heavyweight division at my first National Show at JR USAs.
As much as I love to compete my true passion is in coaching. I have always been a person who wanted to help others reach their goals and with being a Contest Prep/Lifestyle Coach I get to help change people’s lives. Whether it is watching a client win their first show or watching someone lose 50lbs it is something that drives me every day. I pay close attention to detail in every aspect along a client’s fitness journey.
I have seen hundreds of clients win overall in all different divisions and have turned several professional in the IFBB.
I am the 3 year in a row Midwest Coach of the Year. I am the 3 year in a row Top Arkansas team. I have also won the coaching award in TX for 2020.
