Liz Jordan

I'm a 39, almost 40 mom, wife and boss. I am a runner for the most part and lift weights here and there. I want, for my 40th to compete in a bikini competition. I work with all men so I would love to show these men and my kids that mama can kick some butt. I have a surgery coming up in possibly late next month or early January so I want to dig in as soon as I get the go ahead after that.
