SET UP / MOVE OUT TIMES:

Set up time:
SATURDAY DECEMBER 19
7:00 am – 8:30 am
When you arrive, you can park and bring your items in through the front doors of the convention center. Steve will be onsite to assist you with finding your booth, and he will also give you your vendor badges for your booth workers. Your booth must be set up before the doors open to the general public at 8:30 am.

Move out time:
SATURDAY DECEMBER 19
(Immediately following the closing of the show)
Closing time cannot be determined since it is a LIVE sporting event.

 


 

ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE:
If you are in need of any rental items for your booth (including additional tables, chairs, signage, etc) or need to ship something in for the event please contact Steve Straka steve@visionstarentertainment.com.  He will assist with getting you in touch with our preferred vendor who handles all our shipping/receiving and rental items for our events.

All of our expos also offer Wi-Fi and electric, which can be purchased through the convention center on-site during set up. VENDOR BADGES:

SAMPLING GUIDELINES:

If you plan on sampling a food or beverage related product at the Waco Convention Center then please read the following email.  If you do not plan on sampling then you can disregard this sampling information. PLEASE READ ALL SAMPLING GUIDELINES BELOW –

Here are the Waco Convention Center Rules:

Prepackaged items are acceptable for sale in booths. Prepared food and beverages can only be sold in the facility if all Health Department regulations are followed. Food & beverages that compete with WCC’s food & beverage services may be disallowed. Per TABC regulation, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through WCC Food & Beverage department, even for sampling purposes. Ice chests containing food for personal consumption cannot be brought into the WCC. For any questions, please contact the WCC Event Coordinator. Health Department inspectors and Fire Marshals will generally walk the exhibit floor prior to show opening and during the show itself to ensure compliance with codes
