My name is McKayla Measner and I'm an online fitness and nutrition coach. I'm a Colorado native, but I've definitely been enjoying turning into a little bit of a Texas gal! I moved to Austin with my boyfriend in June and now feel like this is home. I love anything outdoors, any animals, and anything with caffeine in it. I graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Political Science and Psychology, but I decided to pursue my passion as a coach because of the way that taking control and responsibility of my own health and journey changed my life. I've been competing for 2.5 years and just earned my Pro Card in the Wellness division this passed year at Nationals. Competing given me the confidence to grow and overcome challenges that I never knew I could have before. This confidence is why I'm so passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals, whether that be standing on stage or just feeling comfortable in your favorite pair of jeans. I understand that this journey is different for everyone and looks different for everyone and I'm so humbled and honored to be able to help people along this journey.
