Hey Everyone! My name is Kimmie Croson. I am an online fitness and nutrition coach. I was born and raised in Arkansas and played soccer at the University of Arkansas, WOO PIG!! I received my Bachelor’s Degree in biochemistry there and continued my education in nutrition at the University of South Florida in Tampa. I have always been a very active person. I played sports growing up and ran a few marathons, dabbled in powerlifting for a time and have recently discovered how amazing the CrossFit community is. While in Tampa, I competed in my first bodybuilding competition in the Figure division in 2020 and fell in LOVE. I definitely caught the competing bug and continued to compete in a couple other shows, including NPC Nationals in Orlando in 2021. I love the challenge and the discipline that is required to compete. I decided to pursue my passion as a coach because I loved the empowerment I felt when I took ownership of my decisions and took control of the responsibility of my own health. I want to share this feeling with everyone and it is my passion to help people be the best versions of themselves, both inside and out. My background has a wide range of different fitness modalities, so whether your goal is to be standing on stage or just feeling comfortable and confident in your own skin, I want to help you get there. I understand that everyone’s journey to find fitness is different. I am looking forward to finding which path is best for YOU!
