Jason Giardino

My name is Jason Giardino and the sport of fitness has given me direction and a purpose. I started my fitness journey in the beginning of 2011 when I prepped my first girl who ended up placing 1st and I was hooked and never looked back. I spent all of 2011 being involved in the sport as much as possible. I also joined the NPC as a competitor doing 5 shows my first year, and was fortunate enough to compete with the best of the best at the Nationals, Jr Nationals and USA’s. I’m truly blessed and appreciate all of the people I’ve crossed paths with over the last decade and everyone that is responsible for making this journey enjoyable. Nothing makes me happier than helping people push beyond their limits and helping to see there full potential on and off the stage.
