Cristian Rivera

My name is Cristian Rivera, i am a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I have been training clients for over 5 years. I have been bodybuilding for about 6 years learning everything I can from the high level coaches at my gym who train high level IFBB competitors including Olympia competitors, to continued education outside to expand/improve my coaching to my clients. Every newbie competitor asks “Who should i hire as a coach” and i am that coach. I want first time competitors to succeed, and be happy with the package they will bring on stage. My last newbie made 7th overall in his FIRST competition. All my clients have made significant results in the first month, whether it be losing weight/fat to gaining muscle.
